BuyBoat One is the membership and concierge experience within BuyBoat.ai. It gives members one place to browse yachts, save favourites, send requests and follow conversations with the team.
What the One Card does
The card identifies your membership. Inside your member space you can view your credit and statements, browse sale and charter yachts, and speak to the concierge. It is not presented as a bank-issued payment card or a promise that every supplier accepts it.
How it works
- Open a standard One account through the signup page. One Black remains invitation-only.
- Sign in using your existing account details or the supported card-number and CVC sign-in option.
- Tell the concierge what you need: yacht information, a charter enquiry, a restaurant reservation request or a car transfer.
- The team follows up to clarify dates, preferences, availability and the next steps. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking.
A more personal way to plan
Instead of repeating your preferences in separate enquiries, you can keep requests and messages together. Yacht favourites help you return to a shortlist, and the concierge conversation gives you a single point of contact for follow-up. Car and transfer requests can specify vehicles such as a Maybach S-Class, Range Rover, Cadillac Escalade or Mercedes V-Class; the actual vehicle must be confirmed.
Bookings, providers and payments
Availability, prices, cancellation terms and payment arrangements must be confirmed with the relevant service provider before you commit. Do not assume that a request, card balance or displayed yacht price confirms a reservation. Ask the team how any membership credit applies to your particular request before authorising a charge.
One and One Black
Standard One signup is open. One Black is by private invitation, and an access enquiry does not guarantee an invitation. Any promotional credit or benefit is subject to its confirmed offer terms; this article does not promise discounts, exclusive access or guaranteed bookings.
