Today we're announcing something we've been quietly working towards since day one: buyboat.ai is now international.
What started as a small AI-powered marketplace on the Côte d'Azur — a handful of pre-owned motor yachts listed with our first partner, La Coche Yacht — has grown into a global catalog of hundreds of boats for sale and for charter, listed by verified brokerage houses across Europe and beyond.
How we got here
The plan was never to be a regional site. Every decision — the AI concierge, the broker verification system, the "listed via" transparency layer, the automatic daily crawl that flags sold boats — was built with one thing in mind: making yacht discovery work the same way, wherever the boat happens to be moored.
Over the last few months we've:
- Onboarded ABYS Yachting, Eastwind Yachts, AG Maritime, All Yacht Monaco, Beaulieu Marine and more — hundreds of new listings across France, Italy, Monaco and the wider Mediterranean.
- Rebuilt our search so you can filter by country, builder, length, price, and boat type in a single tap.
- Upgraded the AI to a full agent that can search the entire catalog, compare boats, spot similar alternatives when a listing is sold, and pull live market pricing.
- Launched a broker self-service portal so any brokerage — anywhere — can list their fleet in minutes and manage sold status themselves.
What "international" means for you
If you're a buyer, the catalog you see today includes yachts from a much wider network of trusted brokerages. Use the new Country filter in Search to browse boats moored where you want to cruise — or ask the AI something like "Show me sub-15m Sunseekers under €500k in Italy" and it will do the work for you.
If you're a seller or a broker, listing on buyboat.ai now puts your boat in front of an international audience — with automatic sold-status verification so your listings stay clean. Head to the Sell page for the current tier options, or open the broker portal from your profile.
If you're a charter guest, our charter inventory now spans multiple countries and hundreds of yachts, from tenders and day-boats to 30m+ superyachts.
What's next
We're just getting started. Over the next few months we'll be adding:
- Multi-currency pricing and native localisation.
- Deeper integrations with more brokerage houses outside the Mediterranean — Balearics, Adriatic, Caribbean and the US East Coast are all in progress.
- More AI features: instant valuation reports, cruising itinerary planning, and side-by-side comparison exports.
