1. Acceptance
By using buyboat.ai you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
buyboat.ai is a marketplace that connects yacht buyers, sellers, charterers and brokers. We are not a party to any sale or charter contract.
3. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of every listing — price, condition, year, length, location and photos. Misleading listings may be removed without notice.
4. Commission
By posting a boat for sale on buyboat.ai you agree that, if your boat sells through a connection facilitated by buyboat.ai, 2% of the final deal value is payable to buyboat.ai.
5. Verified listings
Listings displaying a "Verified" badge have been independently checked by the buyboat.ai team or sourced from a partnered brokerage. The badge is not a warranty of condition.
6. Conduct
You may not post unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content, scrape the platform at scale, or contact brokers for non-yacht solicitations.
7. Liability
buyboat.ai is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Monaco.
